Entrepreneur - Person who requests to apply for a start-up permit Netherlands
1. General
1.1 Visitors are allowed to consult the information shown on the website.
1.2 Entrepreneurs are guided in the process of acquiring a start-up permit in Europe.
2. Services
2.1 Company accepts business plan from entrepreneur and conduct a review within four weeks after receiving the business plan and the business plan review fee.
2.2 Company after completing its review a report is generated detailing why the business plan is approved or disapproved.
2.3 When the business plan is approved, a business agreement is written up between entrepreneur and company. The company takes on the role of facilitator and submits documentation to apply for the start-up permit.
2.4 Entrepreneur's business idea is kept confidential. It is shared only to secure funding after a business agreement is signed by company and entrepreneur.
2.5 Entrepreneur relocates to the Netherlands and the business is setup with the help of the company.
2.6 The business review fee is a one-time fee and non-refundable. When the business plan is not accepted, the entrepreneur receives a report detailing why it was not accepted and what should be improved.
3. Website
3.1 All materials, such as texts, graphics are licensed or owned by company It is not allowed to use or copy any of the materials on this website without explicit consent from company
